ChidoS Viral is a web application that helps creators and businesses plan, generate, review and publish short-form video content to third-party social platforms (currently TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube). The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist users in scripting and generating video assets. All publications require explicit user review and approval before being sent to any third-party platform.
You retain ownership of any content you upload, create, edit, or generate through the Service ("Your Content"), including product images, scripts, videos, and captions.
By using the Service, you grant ChidoS a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, transmit, adapt, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service, including transmission to third-party platforms you explicitly connect and to AI subprocessors we use to fulfil your requests.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, publicity, or privacy right, and complies with the terms and community guidelines of every destination platform.
ChidoS Viral integrates with third-party services including TikTok, Meta (Instagram, Facebook), Google (YouTube), Black Forest Labs, and Anthropic. Your use of those services through ChidoS Viral is additionally governed by each provider's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services.
You are responsible for maintaining valid, compliant accounts with each destination platform and for respecting their content, advertising, and community guidelines.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any account we reasonably believe is violating these rules.
The Service may be offered under a free tier, paid subscriptions, or usage-based pricing. Any fees, payment terms, and refund conditions applicable to your plan will be presented to you before you commit. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable prior notice.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice when practicable.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or free of bias, and you remain solely responsible for reviewing and validating any content before publication.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChidoS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred (100) US dollars.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChidoS, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, or if required by law. Upon termination, sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Togo, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought before the competent courts of Lomé, Togo. Where a user is a consumer resident in a jurisdiction that grants mandatory local consumer protections, those protections apply in addition.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
